During the Covid-19 crisis, let's stay in shape together! Fitness trainer and Ward member Darnell Fraiser and Delesia Hill is leading our challenge hosting livestreamed workouts along with an easy to follow eating and calendar guide.

HOW DO I DO THE CHALLENGE?
On Live Workout Days, you'll tune and participate
in the livestream workout (link s above). If you miss
or cannot attend a livestream, the recordings will
be available for replay on your schedule.
On off days, you will walk, do light cardio,
or active activity of your choice for 30 minutes.
You will be encourage to post feedback on
Ward AME Members Group Page. If you are
not a member, just request and we'll approve.
Don't forget to take a before and after picture!
